In spring 2025, Royal HaskoningDHV unveiled its new brand name: Haskoning. A shorter, sharper identity — better aligned with their international ambitions. But this was more than just a new name. Behind the rebrand was a complex digital operation spanning design, content, architecture and technical migration. From logo and typography to URLs, content workflows and global systems — everything had to transition. All at once. All without error.

Our approach

We worked with a small, highly specialised team that knows the Haskoning platform inside and out. That focus allowed us to deliver the rebrand with tight control and minimal disruption, down to the smallest detail.

What we did:

  • Implemented the new visual identity — logo, typography, colours — directly within the existing Sitecore setup

  • Delivered visual updates early to allow time for feedback and fine-tuning

  • Set up a controlled acceptance environment to test and validate every change before go-live

  • Managed a full domain migration from royalhaskoningdhv.com to haskoning.com — including redirects and SEO precautions

  • Mapped all connected processes and dependencies with the internal Haskoning team

  • Coordinated a precise go-live, synchronised with the official brand launch

  • Ensured all linked platforms followed the rebrand in lockstep — no outages, no surprises
